I have a 1998 caravan with a 2.4 liter 4 cylinder engine 219,000 miles
Lately the engine has been hesitating and bucking when I accelerate
When I travel at a constant speed it seems to run pretty good, maybe a slight amount of hesitation, when I accelerate I really notice the problem.
It seems like every time I increase speed the service engine soon light begins flashing and then remains on solid, this will repeat itself every time I speed up.
Also sometimes it runs great, this seems to happen when the motor has not warmed up .
When I have the code checked, it comes up #3 clyinder not firing. I replaced the coil pack, ohmed out the injectors (12 ohms all) and added a bottle of Lucus injector cleaner to gas.
Any help solving this problem would be greatly appreciated Thanks
