08 Grand Caravan - Radio and Turn Signals Intermittently Not Working

I just took delivery of a used '08 Grand Caravan. Once in a while when we first start up the car, both the radio and turn signals (and presumably some other things) fail to work. Only when I open and close my door and restart the engine will the aforementioned items work.

Any ideas? Something as simple as a fuse or a sensor in the door?

Thanks for the suggestion. I will give that a try. In any event, I am taking this thing to the dealer this week to get it looked at, I will let you know if I find anything.

I figured out the problem.

When I start the car, the key gets stuck in the 'Start' Position rather than reverting automatically to the 'On' position. By manually moving the key to the 'On' position, the problem is solved.
