Actually two noises. First one we've just accepted, but would be nice to get rid of. Whenever we brake or accellerate, it really creaks. Something to do with changing the suspension geometry I guess - but I can't duplicate the noise by jouncing up and down on the bumper...
The second noise seems more serious. When brakes are applied gently, we get a clicking noise (from left front only). I recently replaced the brakes, including having the rotors turned, but this noise appeared several weeks later. I can't see anything wrong with the brakes. Could the front wheel bearings be going out? No shimmy on the highway, but the other day I did notice a bad vibration/shimmy decelerating from highway speed to a stop. Unsure if road induced however.
