What is involved in physically putting a V10 in a 1979 D150, 4bbl 318, Auto? How boost friendly is this engine?

Are you talking about a truck V10, or a viper V10?

Truck V10 should be pretty similar to a regular smallblock. Viper V10, I dunno, good bit of fabbing I'd say. And probably 5-7 psi limit on either on stock internals. On either you'also have to swap in wiring and electronics.

Yeah I was talking truck V10. Are there forged internals for it? Wiring is not a problem, its going to be Megasquirted
