2002 sx 2.0

I'm considering buying a 2002 sx 2.0 from a dodge dealer near me. It has 57,000kms on it and seems to be in good shape asking price is 10 grand canadian. What I want to know what these cars are like I have heard that they have tranny and engine problems. If anyone out there has one with higher mileage I would appreciate hearing from you. I really like the looks of the car and the interior really impressed me (I'm 6'4" tall 260lbs) and it really wasen't a bad ride for a small car. The only complaint that I had was it was sluggish for a 132hp engine my current car has 160hp and is alot more responsive. I would have never even went near a dodge dealer but they put it out buy the highway and it was a really sharp bright red it caught my eye and I stopped. Then I drove then I liked now I need to know if its worth buying it.
Any help would be appreciated.
