Me and my son are restoring a 78 power wagon D-150 with a 360. The wiring harness in the engine bay that goes to the coil, alt, dist. looks like some wire has burned from the alt and melted the others belive it are not it still runs. question there are 2 plugs not going to any thing and both are hot which were right down by the distb. One has a flat black 2 wire plug the other is just a single plug. Now the crazy part the single plug when hit with the test light makes the test light blink like a blinker. Does any one have a wire diagram or know where to get them. It has been some good time with the son and stuck here. Thanks

Russell,
You won't believe how much simpler your life will get if you buy some factory service literature. You will need the '77 Service Manual plus the '78 Supplement. Buing them on CD is somewhat cheaper than buying repro print editions, but I prefer the paper.
To buy them "either way", I recommend Faxon Auto Literature in Califronia.
