I took my new 2004 SXT in for service. I thought the car was idling a little rough at times. The dealer did a Flash Controller change. The service receipt shows TSB 18-042-03, but no one can tell me what it does except that the car idles smoother now. How do I find out about the change? Did they just change the timing? Or maybe the fuel-idle mixture?
I found one site that sells TSB info, but they don't list this TSB. I would be interested in seeing what other TSBs are available.
