Good evening everyone. I am hoping that someone can help me. I recently purchased a 2001 Dodge Intrepid SE, and the person that I bought it from, didnt have the remote keyless entry fob, and wasnt sure if it had that option. Does anyone know exactly how I can find out if mine has this option? I notice they sell the fob on Ebay, but i dont want to buy it, if it wont work..

All of the 2001+ intrepid ES and R/T models should be wired for a keyless entry. I am not quite sure about the SE models though. More than likely you will have to install one.

Thanx so much. I figured as much. I had already purchased an alarm for it, and will probably just get it installed. Hopefully i wont have any problems. the remote is very detailed, and does pretty much everything. It even has an LCD display with a picture of the car. Thanks so much for replying. I am so glad that I am a new Dodge owner. I used to have a 1995, and 1996 Neon, then went to a 1995 Ford Explorer. I wanted a Durango, but will have to wait because I am sooo in love with this car. ;)
