Not sure so i fiugured someone here will know. My Dads got a 3/4 ton 03 van, the rear springs are shot. what's his best option Re-arch his originals, buy new factory springs (cost effective?) or will a set off a 3/4 ton 2 wheel drive pick-up? Thanks in advance.

My rear springs on my '89 were real tired (not broken)as well. I went years with those cheap pep boy's helper springs. Now I got a pair of Firestone ride rite air bags back there and am very happy being able to raise the rear by 4.5 inches @ 100psi. Most of the time I keep between 5 and 15 psi in them, and can't notice any significant additional stiffness in the ride.
It does not lean over as much in corners and at highway speeds, the Semis don't blow me around as much.

Cost about 240$ takes a few hours to install. Dont believe the "no drill" aspect of the kit. Get some extra self drilling 1/4 inch x 7/8 inch bolts. I'd get the Airlift brand kit over the Firestone ride rites if I had to do it over. Check Summit auto parts.

I had to slightly lengthen my exhaust for clearance, but the tin cans and hose clamps are still holding nicely a year later. I also fabbed up a bigger heat shield from a pizza tray to add to the one in the kit.
