For the life of me I can't find where it is. I can clearly see the voltage regualtor and the the long black computer box mounted on the firewall. Where is the control module on my van? I'm starting to think it doesn't have one.
Thanks.

The computer on the firewall is the control module.

Thanks for the reply. Guess, I'm confused. The computer on my firewall is a 9 inch black box that has a air hose attached to keep it cool. This was replaced once and I think it cost around $200.
The control module I have in hand (part # duralast CR 109) is a 4inch silver box with a diode and a 4 pin male plug on it. Do I not need this part?

The one you have is for older ignition systems. Autozone has that one incorrectly listed for your van. Advanced Auto shows the correct one here:

I should make note the one at the link I posted might not be the exact one you need, I posted that for the picture reference. You would have to match the number off your old one with the number on the replacement one. Advanced listed many of them, so you would have to go through their menus and match the one you need.

I really apreciate you help. Is it likely that the ECM would have an intermittent problem that could cause me to lose spark and then have it return?
Yesterday I had no spark and replaced the coil. It started right up and all was good. I took the old coil in today to have it checked and it showed it was good.
Thank You.

Another update.
Pulled off ECM to get part number and find that this one, which has been replaced before only has a paper tag which can not be read any more. No number is to be found.
Any advice?
Thanks

Regarding looking up the ECM for your van you can have a Dodge Dealer look up your VIN and they may be able to tell you which Dodge Part Number belongs in the van. Then cross reference this with the Parts Store to get the right one for your van.
Before ruling that the ECM is bad double check all the wiring from the coil and distributer back to the ECM and make sure there is no shorts or broken connections.
