80,
My first choice would be the factory service manual. It should show you how every major piece comes out of the door.
Otherwise, just begin removing every bolt which you encounter; it should become apparrent which ones "make a difference" quickly enough. Don't overlook the ones in the end of the door. Just be sure to leave the other door together while the first is apart (at least until you can make some drawings and notes) and watch out for the tension on that window lift assist spring!
Best of luck.

First thing that has to be removed to take windows out of the door is the vent window frame. There is one bolt at the bottom and the rest of the screws are on the outside of the door jam.

I can't help you, Dolfans. I don't have power windows and I have never messed with 'em in any Dodge truck.

to get the glass out, first you gotta take out the vent glass, then take out the regulator ( the regulator is the mechanism that roll the window up and down). To take out the reg, look at the pic. See the 4 rivets, to the left of the vise-grips you got on the crankhandle stem ? take a pin puch and punch out the center of the rivet. Then, take a 1/4" drill bit and drill the heads off the rivets. The reg will fall into the inside of the door. Take out the vent glass ( screws on top of the door, on bottom of the door, and one in the leading edge of the door). The vent glass and frame all come out in a piece.
That will give you enough room to manuver out the door glass ( it's a tight fit, it comes out the top.) Then you can take the regulator out the access hole and fix the little wheels that have gone bad ( likely),. There used tyo be a kit available from Mopar to fix them.
Power windows are much more difficult to take apart, and a tad more dangerous because of the spring-loaded reg ( gotta make sure the window is up all the way before messing w/it, or you'll break a finger....like I did....)
