Hey, I was wondering if anyone could help me by telling me which side of the compressor was the low-pressure side. I have a 98 Neon 2-door DOHC. I was wanting to recharge the AC, and the refrigerant hose won't fit over the hose that i think is the low-pressure side. It will, however, fit on the other hose. So basically theres a hose on the left and one above it to the right. thanks.

In a R-134a a/c system (which should be what your car is) the smaller fitting is the low pressure port. Sometimes the caps are color coded (red being high and blue being low). I have not looked at a car like yours but this is pretty universal. Hope this helps.
