Interior Swap

I have a friend that has a 82 W100 that he bought for parts while fixing up his 86 W150. It has a black interior (rare as far as I know) w/ factory air. I have a 84 FSM But it doesn't show how to remove the entire dash. I see 2 bolts at the bottom on each corner, where else are there screws etc. holding the dash in. Also has anyone put factory air in thier truck that only came w/ heat? Wondering if all the mounting points etc will be there or will I be drilling etc to make it work? Thanks.

If it's the same as the 70's trucks there are 6 or 8 screws along the top under the windshield rubber. I've tried taking them out without talking the windshield out and ended up cracking the glass so be careful.

Glass has to be replaced anyways, but I didn't really want to remove the glass from the donor truck. We will just have to be careful when we take it out so we can replace it.
