i have called about a 85 d150 for sale.was told it is a short bed 318 auto w ac.he said it has a salvage title and has been wrecked again.needs front bumper grill and rt fender.he said may need a tune up and the air compressor is missing.the price is $800.00 and he has had it for a month said he is not a dodge fan.what do you think,dont think he will come down.i have not checked on prices for the parts except for the compressor 149.99 for a reman to 299.99 new.i have heard about a junk yard in town with these yrs trucks and i will check with them this week for the parts.thanks

Where are you located at, has a lot to do with how much the truck is worth, rust no rust??? $800 for a salvaged titled truck that is wrecked seems a bit high to me, I've seen them go for 200-300 with less damage on them. But that is just my opinion, I'll bet you can find one with a good title for just a couple hundred more.

It has to be much less than 800... I got my 82 D150 for $650, and it was by a private party and in very good condition.

i am in N.C. and i cant find any trucks for those prices.the cheapest i found was $550.00 and it needed alot of work.i have found a 1991 for the same price butit needs some work to run,power steering,rear breaks and trans fluid change.i placed a ad about buying a dodge truck and i just got 2 calls
