Howdy,
Searched around and couldn't find any other threads w/ this problem.
1985 B-150 318 Auto w/ calif. emmisions.
Finishing a rebuild w/ reman. long block and all new ancillary component,sensors, etc.
Wondering if someone could help me sort out this Holley feedback carb connector for me.

The original 4 terminal connector is the left, my new reman carb 5 terminal connector is on the right.
The problem is (besides different styles, thats easily fixed),the female connector on the wiring harness is a 4 terminal and looks original and stock.
On the original carb connector the lead for the bowl vent solenoid was spliced to one of the wires that goes into the carb body.( not the idle stop solenoid wires). This doesn't look original but I can't match it to any of my wiring diagrams. The new connector has a terminal dedicated for the bowl vent only.
I've looked at my factory,Haynes and Chilton diagrams and can't even find a carb that would have used a 5 terminal connector for this carb!
Should I just wire it up like the original or am I missing something?
