I am trying to get a full turbo back exhaust for my 2005 Srt-4. I have looked at the mopar downpipe and catback exhaust by borla, and I was going to go with that, but then I noticed that it is only a 2.5 inch pipe, while some other brands offer a full 3 inches. What is the best to go with and, even better, what will the difference be. Thanks to everyone for the help.

go to modernperformance.com and look to see which ones they have, and also check exhaustdepot.com, they have complete turbobacks on there and side exit too, i have the side exit from them with a 3inch downpipe and piping.

The MPx by modern performance sounds great. Truthfully on a moderately modded car, you will not be able to reap the benefits of a 3 inch exhaust. You will feel a bit of lag at low end power but it will pick up on the high end. Well that was as far as i've seen when I was barely modding. Good hunting.

if you do the borla its more expensive then its worth
I have a 3SEE(side exit exhaust)
If I were going to do it again I would just get a 3downpipe and weld a resinator on it.

I've have the JMB, Injen, and mpx. out of all three I love the injen the most it has the best sound to it. Quiet when driving but roudy when you're gettin it. It's most expensive though.

maxxfab is nice to, depending on your power level you might want to hit up rage tek and look at their 3.5 and 4 inch dump exhausts

there is no need for a 3.5 or 4"downpipe,3" is good for 500HP

While you're on stock turbo or your not thinking of changing turbos you will still need some back pressure. So going with a full 3", 3.5", 4" exhaust its pretty much pointless because you're creating needless lag. If you're modding to a larger then I would say a 3" turbo back is sufficient.
