Has anyone converted B2500 front control arms to B3500? They have many extra reinforcements. I also notice that the lower arm has a deeper spring well, so I guess the B3500 springs and shocks must also be changed. But does this conversion cause any steering problems using the B2500 spindle assembly?

If similiar to earliar models the bolt that holds the control arm to the frame will be larger in diameter on the HD 1 ton control arm (B3500) that. Also the lower ball joint is different on the HD version you descibe that has longer springs/shocks.

The HD 1 ton is #3800 and 4000 front axles.
