Universal years for 97 Dodge Grand Caravan inside door handle????

Trying to find out if the years range for an inside door handle for my 1997 Grand Caravan.. if that's somewhat makes any sense.... trying to pull parts from the junk yard which is so much cheaper than dealer parts... would this work also for a window switch.. called local dealer they didn't have info.... maybe someone out there knows... thanks so much.
