Hey I have a 97 2500 high top and the A/C and heat only blow when the switch is placed on high. There is no in between or low speed. I just replaced a bunch of vacuum lines cause it was only blowin out the defrost. Well I got that fixed but still dont know why it only blows on high.:help:

The speed resistor is broken. It's under the hood mounted in that big black box on the passenger side with 4 wires going to it. It's about $15 at the dealer.

Assuming the plug going to it isn't melted, it's about a 5 minute repair.
