What would be usefull in addition to the how to articles would be a tip/gotcha/pitfall section.
It would work like this: people who have been there and done that can post thier gotcha tips on a certain topic like replaceing the intake maniford gasket or replacing the timing cover gasket. For instance I didnt' know the harmonic balancer was actually two pieces and if I try to keep the motor from turning while holding the harmonic balancer it could ruin the balancer. I recently replaced my intake gasket and thought I was being a bit anal when I replaced all the intake manifold bolts, however I found out later that these bolts are one use only and new ones are required everytime. I also found that the front two intake bolt are exposed to the elments from under the head and broke off when I tried to remove them. There is quite a bit I learned from doing these tasks but I don't feel I'm qualified to write an actual how to article but I did learn things I can share with other people.
