okay i have an 03 caravan and no horn. I replaced the clock spring and still no horn but that fixed the cruise control. My dad took it to the dealership (its his van) and they said i was a relay switch. The cost was going to be $400, i dont know what they are taking about, the relay switch is $6.00. Does anybody know what part they are talking about and were it is located???
