My a/c compressor does not come one. I've taking the van to a shop and found no leaks, they added R134 but said the compressor not coming on maybe an electrical issue. The power mirrors are not working either, I checked the fuse box found in the glove compartment and all fuses are ok. Is there another fuse/relay box I'm missing?
This is a 94 Conversion, thanks ahead of time

Look under the hood on the driver's side for a black box with a removable cover.

The only black box was a module in the middle. To the right next to the battery is a black connector but it doesn't seem to have fuses or relays.

Okay so you don't have the one under the hood. Your A/C problem could be a bad low pressure switch among other things. You're going to have to start troubleshooting with a meter to track down the power loss.
As far as another fusebox...some conversion companies did install one during the conversion process. But if they did, it usually contained fuses related to the conversion circuits and not the basic "from the factory" circuits.
