Grd Caravan 3.3L, key was turning rough in ignition. Removed lock cyclinder, pot metal broken, replaced lock cylinder and ignition key cylinder module. Installed, everything works on turning key, except will not crank in "run" key position.
Have checked relays, replaced starter, still no starter cranking. Also, grounded neutral safety switch, still no starter cranking. Does anyone have an ignition diagram? Wires at ignition switch are yellow,blue,gray/black,pink/black,black/orange,black/white, red. With key in start position, blue and red wire have continuity, in run position, blue, blk/wht, red show continuity. How do you check power at starter relay and power at starter?
Thanks for any suggestions.

Hope this helps you out. It doesn't match color for color, but is the same principle.

Same deal on my 1994 Ply Grd Voy 3.3L Had to run a jump wire from fender well to the starter relay Ground Terminal. just try or atleast check for grounds & hots in this relay cavity. Its my temp fix guessing it gets ground by ECU.
tried putting pic on here of my rig "lol" no luck but in gallery under Misc. is where the Pic lies.

I believe the ground is in the neautral safety switch. It only grounds out in park or neautral, determined inside the transmission. Ground is then allowed through the transmission range switch,as long as it is adjusted right, only will start in those two positions. As long as those two positions are met, ground then is allowed to the relay. With ground now being supplied to the relay it operates correctly. Unless of course it isn't getting positive readings. If your not getting ground there, you might want to check into diagnosing the neautral safety switch or look for broken body grounds. One prong will have power all the time. One prong will have power when the key is turned to run position. One prong should be a ground and the last prong will only become hot when the relay actually works. The fifth prong is unused. I notice you say the blue and red have continuity or do you mean have a 12 volt reading? The red wire should be a hot wire also. The blue wire is the small wire that connects to the solonoid on the starter. Not directly from there, but does head there. If no power in that red wire, it needs traced back. It's the wire, that when you go to the start position, powers the blue wire
