Crank Pulley

Well the pulley finally came off.So now I'm trying to get the camshaft sprockets off.Is there an easy way to break the bolts loose.I can't keep the sprockets from rotating.All this for a leaking water pump!! Thxn again.

Impact for the front, Use part of the old timing belt to rap around tht gear with vise grip pinching belt tight while holding or resting in firm place, break back bolt loose, another is to remove valve cover to use hole in cam to hold camin place with snug punch as well as to verify cam setting when setting back up timing.
