Trying to located were the relay can be found and if there is a reset feature or does this require replacement of the relay.

It's in the power box under the hood. No reset, it has to be replaced.

This is just a suspected problem to the engine not starting, vehicle will turn ofver but no spark. When you turn the key on there is power to the volt meter, there does register a jump on the volt meter when placing the key into the ignition but nothing after this even when trying to turn it over. But the engine does crank over. This is my suspicion that this is the case since the wiring diagram shows this as interelated between the gauges the coil and the fuel pump and the power source.
Here is an example of a reaction from the odometer: If you turn the key but dont start it, after 5 seconds passes the numbers begin to flash (4-5 times) and the numbers change to (NO BUS), any suggestion?

Is the power box where all the fuses & relays are located? And if so how do I know which relay it is?

Alloro,
I want to thank you for your tip and I will try to track it down via wire colors from the wireing schematic unless someone knows which relay it is I can see that there are three relays in this box. Possibly I can try switching around the replays until I am able to get a response and have it start.

Did you look at the underside of the cover for the box? There might be a legend on it.
And yes, you can swap the relays around.
