My odometer doesn't work and my rpm go to 4000 and still less than 40per hour
I changed the input and output speed control sensors. The Codes that come up are P0700 Trans Control Sys Malfunction and P0731 Gear 1 ratio incorrect. Can anyone tell what this mean and how to repair this problem.

more info would be a good start. what do you mean "still less than 40 per hour." Were you meaning to say the car only go 40 miles per hour? How long has it done this and was it gradual or all at once? Any other issues going on with the car?

Top speed is 40mph it started three weeks ago I notice it wasn't pickup speed and the odometer wasn't working pulled over turn car off when it started it up pulled off driving anything was working three days later stopped working properly engine light was on when to auto zone codes came up for output speed sensor was problem I changed both input and output sensors and no change cleared out old codes drove car check codes again new are P0700 and P0731
