i have a 2002 dodge neon it runs and dont shift it stoped working all of a sudden was told that it has a break in the pcm harness. any ideas on what to do??? have tried moving the harness and temporarly works as soon as the harness moves it it starts to malfunction again. cant find the schematics or any thing on line.
p.s. the spedo dont work.

i found that its the tcm not receiving any power... where can i find the schematics for the tcm???

Your best bet for something like this is go over to neons.org they will have all the info you need from a factory service manual, and will be able to find you what you need.

i found that there is a break in the front harness and it isnt sending power to the tcm... pulled harrness apart and repair broken wire.
