I put a Gaylord's Tonneau cover on my 99 and it fit TERRIBLE! The back fits well but the front of it overhangs the bed by almost and inch on either side! For the money spent I expected more.

Maybe their quality control is slipping. I would take it back and request that they replace it.

The only problem with that is the $250 freight charge to ship it to and from the factory. I'm going to just adjust it the best I can and bite my lip. Thanks though.

I would call them, express your concerns, maybe even email them picks of the problems.
They can probably have UPS frieght pick it up (at their expense).
