90 b350 full van 312 v-8 new vibration 193000 miles no vibration in neutral only vibration in drive and some in start up. drips tranny fluid not from pan likes to blow smoke(blue) at start and take off but has always done that...

Did you check the engine and transmission mounts? If those pass I would check wheels and tires.

Also check for dents in the driveshaft, and worn out u-joints.

And if there is a driveline vibration, I'd check your rear seal, too

I have a 1991 B250 Road Trek Camper conversion. The U-joints froze up during a trip.After getting these replaced I've had a vibration from 65+. I used to be able to drive 75+ with no vibration. Haven't done any more with it since I'm planning to replace the whole drivetrain anyway.

Sounds like they didn't matchmark and replace the driveshaft the same way it came out...

Pinion bearings have known to go bad on the 9-1/4" rear axle. This is also a possiblility.
