How do I get the blow off valve to stay on the uppipe. I have the uppipe with the hks flange already welded on there but the blow off valve doesn't stay..What do I do?

The kit should have come with like a C clip the usually need a special type of pliers to lodge the BOV in the Flange and keep it from coming out.
