What's up with this Neon

About 2 hours ago, I was leaving my mom's job and when I pressed down the accelerator the car seems to slow down then she started accelerating normally but since then I hear a "clicking noise" from the front end. Does anybody know what the problem is and more importantly how to fix.

I am almost at wits end with this car, she just came out of the shop after 700 bucks worth of work
