2004 neon won't start

i have been using the car for a month all is fine. thanit just won't start the battery is fine. the repair shop jumped the starter thats ok than he thout it was the key? but now says no. somthing with the eletric? he had the car 2 days. oh it has 64000 miles on it

check all the wires going to the starter to make sure they are properly secured and make sure they dont have any showing wires. If he had to jump the starter i think it would be because the starter is bad. What happens if you try to jump it from the battery?
