Well my lift project has been put on the back burner due to receiving a faulty wheel so I figured I'd work on another mod that I've had for about 2 years and never installed.

Here's the factory gauges, we've all seen um and we know how bland they are:

And at night they are down right sad:

Well I got a whole new cluster off ebay and I had a set of white face gauges laying around so I decided no time like the present:

Looks alot better and I even repainted the gauge needles. While I had the cluster apart I removed the green bulb covers and put all new bulbs in it. Now check out the night pics:

Big difference! I might swap the lights out for blue or another color leds later on but for now it's just nice to see my gauges @ night. Hope ya enjoy!

At least your cluster lights up at night. I work only nights so I drive my truck only at night. It doesnt light up and the speedo doesnt work.

As long as I can see my gas guage im fine though.

Thanks, yeah my speedo jumps a lil' bit from 0-35. New cable came in yesterday. I'm gonna swap out tommorow. It wasn't hard at all to swap clusters out. Hardest part was getting the gear selector hook in the right slot.

Here's the link to the site I got um from:

Nice! I got mine off ebay so at the time I didn't realize they had different options. I may swap them out for something different later on. Depends on what color I paint the truck.

B2, If I might make a suggestion, RED lights. They both look great and they're easier to see at night. BTW, Ever see Submarines lighting when the go into defensive mode?

I was thinkin' bout that too. Cause one of the options I was considering painting the truck was Case IH Red. Plus I painted the needles Red. So either Red or Blue is how I go. And I got mine off ebay but they came from the same place that MoPower posted.

How do you add pictures?

Plus I painted the needles Red. So either Red or Blue is how I go.

Then the needles disappear when the red light is on, unless you painted the needles florescent red, Then go with the blue lights.

1980mopar, when you reply to a message, scroll down to the little box that says, "Manage Attachments" , left click on it and a window appears and then it's self explanatory. :help:
