Hey everyone. A couple of weeks ago, my check engine light came on. I brought to the AutoZone and the code, P0128 (Coolant Thermostat). I discovered that the thermostat was broken and replaced the thermostat. Two days later, the Check Engine Light came on again. This time the code is P0406- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor A Circuit High. I have been doing my research and is this most likely the issue? Will replacing the sensor fix the issue? The AutoZone and Advance do not carry the part. Do I have to go to the dealership? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

dodgeparts.com has the egr valve for $57.80 and that is OE. Advanceautoparts.com is selling them for around $100. I'd get the OE.
No problem running it until the weekend. You may actually be able to clean it but that won't last too long. Maybe 10k.

This seems to be a weak spot on this engine , I have seen numerous reports of the egr failing early . I have already replaced the egr on our 2004 .
