Well, after all these months of scratching my head I finally found the problem. It was a broken wire buried in the harness. The fans work now. Needless to say I'm relieved. I also have an extra relay for sale. If you want it PM me. I'll let it go for $50 plus shipping. If you priced one out, you know what they run.
