Hi,
after hitting the dashboard a few times, because the cluster went out, the speedometer needle fell off....
How do I pull out the instrument cluster to fix the speedometer needle? Please help me, thank you...!

Thanks for the links. I know I have to pull out the cluster, but I didn't know how. Only the photoshow helps a lot.
But my major problem is, how to get the speedometer needle back on ????
Thanks for help !!

There are several screws that hold on the dash face (the grey panal that has the vents and covers the face of the dash...). all of these have to be removed and the grey face plate comes off. Then the gauge cluster is held in with 4 screws. Remove these. Then the face plate on the gauge cluster is held on with screws. Remove these. You should now have access to the needle. Check your solder points too.

It just pushes on. Make sure you line it up with the stop and gently push it on.

Hi,
thanks for your help. I could put the needle back on without any problem.
But now there is another problem. Everytime I turn on the ignition, the needle jumps to 35 mph and goes on from there, not form 0 mph.
But when I turn off the ignition, the needle falls back to 0 mph.
How can I fix that?
Thank You

Try pulling it back apart.Leave the clear lens off.Plug it all back in.Turn ignition on,then push needle on at 0 or just touching peg.Pull back apart and put lens back in after driving down the road to make sure speed is correct. If this doesn't fix it I would say banging on the dash one too many times has broke your speedometer.
