98 rack r & r

my 98 neon needs a new rack, does anyone have first hand knowledge about whether the sub frame bolts have to come out to drop it down or can you get it out without doing all that?

Hmmm I don't know! I do know if you want a little more responsive steering you should try and buy a 98 ACR rack. I never messed with that stuff yet. srry
