i heard the neons are gone after 2005. There getting replaced with a neon platform. evo body style and a hyundia engine.

nice srts. my last neon is the one i have now, unless i get a used srt 4 or r/t. Im gonna keep the neon i have now as a project car and get a new daily driver (not dodge)

wrx is nice! im thinking toyota corolla or nisan sentra or se-r. might get a truck instead. maybe a dodge truck, not another dodge car. all the other dodge cars are too big for what i need.

I heard the the Lancer willbe the replacement for the Neon as well in 2005. But my guess is that was just a rumour and as long as they keep up with the SRT-4 image, the SX..errr...Neon might be able to keep going.
But in all due respect, Chrysler Quality isn't all that great compared to Honda and Toyota. The pure numbers of problems per 100 cars show that the imports are far better engineered than any North American car.
While we have only ever had one problem with out 2000 LX, and what a pain it was (more of a dealer issue that compounded the problem), I am seriously considering 'alternatives' if we should have need of a second, new car. Although that does not completely rule out another Neon.
Still, I'd like to have another 1st Gen Coupe, 5 spd, DOHC again, that was a blast!
