ac troubles

My rear ac in my grand caravan sport doesnt like to blow any air out on anything other than high and when is is on high it bearly works any help would be great on this one

I just had the same problem with my '03. Turns out they didn't add enough lubricant to the AC compressor. There is a TSB from Dodge and they will replace if your van is under 70k. If not, they sell you a kit to fix it for $350.
