2005 caravan power outlet fuse

where is the fuse for power outlet and radio located
please help i looked under the hood its not there

I just joined the group. I'm also having a hard time in finding the fuse for my radio & lighter. I just bought an 04 caravan sxt. When I used the lighter, the radio when out also. Thank you.
