dodge neon fuse problem

dodge neon dated 5/95
has a 4 cyc. 98 mopar 2.0L engine.
it is blowing fuel pump fuses. 30amp
does anything else run off this fuse?
any help would be gratefully appreciated.

I have been told of this before but the guy said it only done it in reverse.Id say maybe there is a wire grounding out or something like that.
