mini- c-notch question

Is AIM the only company that makes the bolt-in c-notch? None of their distributors will process my shipping addy for some reason. Must be a bug in their system.

I'm going to weld it in, I just prefer a mini - notch so I won't have to cut all the way through the frame. Anybody done this? Did you do it without removing the bed?

When I had my Flipkit welded in and the Airlift assist bags added to the rear my friend that did it wanted to cut and weld a large piece of half pipe in for the extra clearance he said I was gonna want---he works as a fabricator for StreetScenes and has a pretty good shop at home, plasmacut the frame and weld the "C"s all the way around---8 bolts remove the bed and thats the best way for easy access, the frame is pretty tough to cut/drill unless you have the correct equipment so be prepared---stupid me I didnt do it but the bags worked out well enough without...
