Depends on what you plan for the overall look of your 2004
The aftermarket grille is nicer than the stock one, but IMHO the balance of the distribution of chrome or trim on the vehicle is way off. It's got a big heavy looking chrome grille, then nothing on the sides, or back
Probably I'd go one of two ways, if I was going to customize a 2004 for myself. Either take the route of the 2004 r/t concept and drop the chrome look in favour of a more subtle trim, or do the opposite
Take off those god awful stock rims and replace them with the 20" five spoke chrome Ram hemi rims. Instead of a factory running board, go with a nice chrome nerf bar along the side rockers, then on the back end try and fabricate a twin dual chrome tip exhaust system. That would go a long ways to giving a little more balance to the look of the vehicle.
Other things I'd look for mild fender flares, rear wing (ebay) and nicer hood with a decent scoop, so the front doesn't look so sloped down
