:help: Does anyone know how to reset the ABS (other than taking it to the dealer) on a 2006 Chrysler Town and Country? I had to replace one of the rear wheel sensors, but the ABS light won't go off. Any help would be appreciated! :help:

It should run a self test every time you start the van so if you fixed the problem the light should go off. What made you think it was one of the rear wheel speed sensors?

i think you have problems elsewhere with the abs system
fixing that sensor should turn the light off

Make sure the new sensor is installed properly-- lined up correctly, close enough to the tone wheel, make sure the tone wheel isn't damaged. Also make sure the wiring isn't damaged. Finally, there is the possibility that you got a bad new sensor.
At some point you may have to take this to a shop with a DRBIII scan tool so they can read the ABS code and figure out what's wrong.

I had to replace the entire rear bearing hub (and yes, I got the one for ABS). The sensor slides into the hub, and it only goes in one way. I will take it to the dealer to have them check the other sensors...
