Funny Airbag light problem

Hey everyone!

'01 Caravan, clockspring replaced in Jan. for non-airbag issue (no horn.) Now, after start-up, airbag light will come on for about 30sec. and disappear. Should I go through the trouble and replace the clockspring again (under warranty) or not bother?

Airbag light should always come on during start-up. That's the bulb test and system diagnostic check. If it DOESN'T go out, that's when you have a problem. 30 seconds is a bit long, but if it goes out, then the system passes.

Thanks for the reply. This occurs AFTER the initial self-test is complete.

About 30sec.-1min after startup, airbag light comes on again for 30sec. then extinguishes. Ideas??
