Bought new mopar gaskets,Still have oil leaking into antifreeze and out the back of the engine.My question is this BUY NEW HEAD and gaskets.OR buy a 2.4 liter stratus r/t engine and swap it all out.What ever I do needs done now! ANy suggestions would be good. A reconditioned head by a good head shop will runn me 250$ and my old head.Which is the route im thinking is the best.AND THE QUICKEST! Peace out

Depends on what your plans are for the car, IMO i'd say do a reg. 2.4 swap it gives tons of room to make lots of power. I don't know if the Stratus R/T motor is as easy a swap as a non-R/T. Good Luck!

Well I really dont have the time to find a 2.4 liter motor for the car I guess I am going to rip it apart and have the head shaved and preasure checked for cracks.That should solve the problem.I do need an exauhst manifold or a header the stock one iss cracked right in between the 4 cylinders.It dont leak much (YET) I should replace it also.And may buy a rebuild kit for the oil pump.To save me the proplem of tearing all down again in 6 months.
