Has anyone seen traction bars that will work for an 85' D-100. All the universal ones seem to be for leaf springs under the axels. :help:

apparently Cal-tracs for the new Rams work, Summit has them under the same part number

Lakewood makes a set for the newer ram, they might fit.Part# 21720

JC Whitney used to carry a set, my Ramcharger actually has a set. They bolt to the top of the axle at the u-bolts, and attach to the front spring shackles IIRC.

Ok, I see the ones your talking about but has anyone actuly tried them? They almost dont look like they would work as well as some of the others that mount on the bottom.

I made my own which are similar to Caltracs. The picture is of them installed on my 79 D150 .... :)
