need a new jack

i need a new jack for the van the one i have now is bent.will any minivan that Chrysler made will fit or will it have to be that body style.it is a 1998 thanks

did the car roll forward/backward and come off the jack?

sometimes i see people working under a car that is held up only by a jack; often without the wheels being chocked
