Saw a '72 or '73 Adventurer at the yard today with metal door panels - IIRC they had Adventurer badges on them as well - are these just an older style or were the metal panels an option?

My '73 W100 has metal panels--and it appears to be a base model, more or less. The change was probably just another method the engineers at Dodge came up with to shave a few bucks off the production costs--but I don't really know for sure.

I pulled a set of a 76 but I don't know if they were original. What shape were the arm rests in, I need a good set or a decent set for that matter.
