The Rpm's Run A Little High From What They Should At The Speed That I'm Going Till Depending On The Weather.then Once The Tranny Warms Up Which Is A Few Minutes After The Engine Is Up To Temp. It's Like Over 2g's At 55mph They After It Warms Up It Goes Down To Below 2 G's

Normal operation of the torque converter clutch is that once the engine has reached a certain operating temperature and the van is going a certain speed(45mph on mine), the converter will lock. The engine temperature is one of the conditions so perhaps that is what is where the issue is.

I think he means that you should check the engine temp sensor among other things.
